I do not accept returns for my glass art, unless it arrives damaged.  So please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. 

Let me know if you have any other problem or concern with your purchase.  I will then evaluate the issue and do my best to make it right.
